Tickets at Box Office: Roberts Cultural Life Center Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays (call ahead to confirm hours), and one hour prior to ticketed events.

Tickets by phone: To charge tickets by phone, call 585.594.6008 or toll-free at 1.888.222.1048 with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover during normal Box Office hours. All phone orders are subject to a $3.00 non-refundable handling fee.

Tickets online: Next-best available tickets can now be purchased online at www.roberts.edu/clc by using VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

Performance Cancellation: Programs and artists are subject to change. If a Roberts Cultural Life Center series performance is cancelled, you will receive a refund. If we reschedule the performance, new tickets will be issued. You have the option to request a refund if the new performance date is not suitable.

Children under five: Children under five generally do not find our Performing Arts Series of interest. There are a variety of events offered throughout the year by other organizations on campus that may be appropriate for younger children. Please contact our Box Office for more information on individual events.
