Submission Guidelines
SUBMITTING PROPOSALS -
THE DAVISON GALLERY AT ROBERTS WESLEYAN COLLEGE
Eligibility:
Proposals are open to all artists in all media. Art must be original and have been completed within the last two years. Retrospectives excluded. BEFORE YOU SUBMIT: know our curriculum in the Division of Visual Arts
Exhibition Proposal packages should include the following:
- Biographical materials (artist statement, resume or CV, proposal/description of work. Include contact information)
- Past exhibition postcard invitations/announcements
- 10-15 images, digital preferred on CD (Macintosh format only). Images should represent a sampling of your current artwork.
- (For film slides: Please mark your slides with permanent ink your name, title, dimensions, medium, and indicate orientation with "TOP")
- All images (slides, video, or CD) should be accompanied by a corresponding information sheet including contact information.
- Press reviews
- Self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) for return of materials
