How to Apply To The
Roberts Partner Programs
"Best Semester" Council for Christian Colleges and Universities Programs (CCCU)
- Apply and be accepted to Best Semester program
- Register for the study abroad semester via Roberts registration
- Write the name of the Best Semester program you will attend on your registration sheet, For example, "Study Abroad: Best Semester Middle East Studies Program"
- Complete a Off Campus Study form in the Office of Student Services
- Pay Best Semester program tuition, room and board, and fees to Roberts Wesleyan College, who will then remit payment to the CCCU on student's behalf
- You may apply for one of five "Off Campus Enrichment Scholarship" to receive up to 50% (up to $2,500) of your on-campus Roberts financial aid
Houghton Programs
- Apply and be accepted to Houghton Program
- Register for the study abroad semester via Roberts registration
- At the time of registration, write "Houghton Study Abroad Program" on your registration sheet
- Complete a Off Campus Study form in the Office of Student Services
- Pay Houghton Program tuition and fees to Roberts Wesleyan College, who will then remit payment to Houghton on student's behalf
- You may apply for one of five "Off Campus Enrichment Scholarships" to receive up to 50% (up to $2,500) of your on-campus Roberts financial aid
Independent Program Provider (e.g., CEA, CIS, IES, AIFS)
- Meet with Global Education Coordinator if you have questions.
- Meet with academic advisor and Assistant Registrar to make sure Roberts will accept the credits and whether they will count toward your graduation requirements.
- Apply and be accepted to the independent program.
- Fill out a withdrawal form in the Registration Office and a re-admit form in the Admissions Office.
- Complete an Off Campus Study form in the Office of Student Services.
- Pay all tuition and fees directly to program provider (Roberts Student Accounts office will not be involved).
