The Family Educational Rights and Privacy
Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended extends the right of access to
certain records maintained by Roberts Wesleyan College (RWC) and
Northeastern Seminary (NES) to all former and presently enrolled
students. Students are notified of their FERPA rights in the RWC
Student Handbook.
