Latin Honors
|
| Traditional Undergraduate students are recognized
with Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude. In order to be eligible for Latin Honors a student
must have completed at least 53 of the last 60 semester hours of
their program at RWC. Consideration for these honors
is on the basis of the following final GPA: |
| |
| |
Cum Laude - 3.50 - 3.69 |
| |
Magna Cum Laude - 3.70 - 3.89
|
| |
Summa Cum Laude - 3.90 - 4.00
|
| |
|
|
Recognition of these honors during Commencement ceremonies may
be based on the student's grade point average at the end of the
previous semester. However, transcript record of such honors
is based on the student's final cumulative GPA.
|
| |
|
Graduates receiving Latin Honors are given cords identifying the
particular level of honor attained.
